How do they work?
We will come up with the idea and script for you before or during the video shoot; it only takes a few minutes. Then, we’ll guide you on how to act, speak, and even walk, because we care about your image! Next, we’ll film the entire house and fly our drone to capture the exterior. The whole process usually takes about an hour and a half. These videos are delivered within up to three business days.

Professional Photos
Each room gets at least two points-of-view, giving you plenty of options to choose from. We make the rooms look brighter, and we ensure the exterior isn’t overexposed. We use a wide-angle lens to help show the true size of each room!
Photos
Aside from getting the floor plan and virtual staging for free, we will come to the house and take pictures of each room from at least two to three angles. We’ll also fly our drone to take aerial pictures, which are included with our photo package. If you’re on-site, we’ll show you the shots as we take them, and if you need a room redone, we’ll do it right then and there. However, you don’t need to be there; we can do everything without you being present. You’ll receive the pictures in 48 hours—high-quality for postcards and printing needs, plus an optimized size perfect for MLS. Detail shots are also available at no extra cost. Houses with up to five bedrooms incur no extra charge; properties with 5–10 bedrooms are $150 more.
Drone
We’ve taken the boring out of house tours, making them look cooler and more professional while giving clients a better perception of the entire property. You can either say a hook at the beginning or just let the drone tour the house without anyone speaking.

Drone Tours
How do they work?
If you’re speaking in the video, we’ll come up with the script and idea to help you look your best. We’ll guide you on how to speak, walk, and act. Once we’ve rehearsed enough, we’ll fly the drone to capture your hook at the start of the video, then fly it throughout the whole house. Drone tour videos are delivered within up to three business days.
Interactive
Aside from receiving 2D floor plans, we also give you access to an interactive floor plan! This helps your customers better visualize each room and see exactly where the pictures were taken, using dots located on the floor plan map.
Interactive Floor Plans
How do they work?
We use our scan tool to capture the entire house and create a floor plan, delivered in less than 24 hours. You can change the room names and choose any photos you don’t want to appear on the floor plan. Floor plans are included with every photo package, but if you only need it as a stand-alone service, it costs $49. No matter how many floors the house has, it’ll be included in the floor plan.
Virtual
This is something you don’t see everywhere! Aside from getting the best pictures around, if your listing isn’t staged, we’ll virtually stage it for you—giving your customers an idea of how the room would look if it were furnished.
Virtual Staging
How do they work?
After we take pictures of the unfurnished rooms, we will virtually stage them using our software. They will be delivered at the same time as the rest of the photos, which is typically within 48 hours.
Professional
Looking to present yourself as professionally as possible on social media or business cards? A well-done headshot is essential—it conveys the type of realtor you are! Let us help you with that. Headshots are only $199, and you’ll receive 10 professional photos taken in our studio.
Virtual Staging
How do they work?
We will book a date for you to come to our studio for professional headshots. You can bring multiple outfits, and we have several backgrounds for you to choose from (e.g., black, white, or light blue). Our studio includes a bathroom where you can change and places to hang your clothes. We also have a makeup kit in case you need it. You’ll have a screen to view the photos in real time, and there’s a mirror so you can see how you look. Everything will be delivered within 48 hours, and you will receive 10 professional photos.
